He was born in Monopoli Italy in 1919, begins at an early age his artistic training at the age of 19 he moved to Caracas, Venezuela where he participated in several group exhibitions Monopoli maintaining contact.

He moved to Venezuela in 1948, to renew his pictorial expression characterized by the adoption of warm colors and more communicative power. The artist is motivated by the intense light and tropical colors of Caracas, which enriched his preferred color palette as cobalt, violet, pink, ocher colors that never fail even when played back in Monopoli landscapes of his homeland. He died in Caracas, Venezuela in 1993.
